The five-day clock
We do not hold discovery workshops that eat the calendar. Scope is locked before the clock starts. Then we build like the launch date is already printed.

Straight answers
A production web product with one complete journey: the screens, the logic, and a live deploy. If the product needs signup, a waitlist, or Stripe to be real, that is in scope. You get the repository, a short handoff, and a walkthrough on Friday. You do not get a native mobile app, a marketplace with five actors, or a six-month roadmap crammed into a week.
We cut it with you on Monday — or before, on the intake call. The sprint ships the wedge that can win a user. Everything else becomes a backlog you can run on Unlimited, or take in-house. If we cannot see a honest Friday, we will not take the $999.
Unlimited requests, one in flight. That is how the work stays fast. You can queue as many items as you want. We do not context-switch across five half-built features to make a dashboard look busy. Pause any month you do not need the bench.

Yes. On payment, the code, the interface, and the production project are yours. We may reuse generic internal tooling; we do not reuse your product.
Pay on PayPal in the job ticket. Five-day MVP is $999, charged in full. Unlimited is $1,999 for the first month, charged in full; later months are billed the same way. The amount is set on our server, not in the browser. If we decline the brief, we refund the PayPal charge. After payment we reply within one business day with a start date.
Then we keep building on our clock until the URL is live, at no extra charge — provided you answered questions the same day and did not expand scope after the Monday lock. If you add scope, we either extend Unlimited-style or recut the wedge.
Open a ticket
Tell us the wedge, the user, and which door you want. If it fits, the next sprint starts Monday. If you want the bench, we will tell you when a seat is free.
Pay on PayPal. The price is fixed on our server — $999 for five days, or $1,999 for the first month of Unlimited. If the brief does not fit, we refund.
